Shop Policies

Just a quick note:

While I strive to make sure every piece that is made and sent out is as flawless as possible, I'm only human and these pieces are all 100% made from start to finish, by myself. The product you receive may not be the exact same than it is in the pictures. Again, I strive for excellence, I will not send out any item I wouldn't personally wear myself. If any issues arise during the process of your order, I will reach out immediately. Otherwise, please reach out to me for any complaints/issues and I will do everything I can to make it right.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES:

• No returns on all custom ordered items. You may exchange or receive store credit, and I will do my best to solve any issue you may face. Unfortunately, custom orders take a tremendous amount of time to make, and are made to your size/specifications. Due to this, they are extremely hard to resell. Please note this before requesting a custom order.

• Under certain circumstances, I will accept a return on customs and issue back a refund. But the majority of claims, I will only allow an exchange or store credit. And I will require the original item back. 

• I WILL NOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON PANTIES. It's unhygienic once they have been tried on/worn. 

SHIPPING POLICES:

• Every order will have an up to 2 week turn around time. I try to get every order out as quickly as I can manage, but at the end of the day, I want you to be happy with your item. Just know some items take a little longer than others.

• If you decide to purchase a custom item, I will discuss with you through email, the details and processing times of your order. These will all be different. And again, while I try to get everything out as quickly as I can, sometimes I need a little extra time.

• I provide tracking with every order.
